Our shaped cane is made using quality Rigotti Cane. The cane is gouged to .60mm on a Reeds-n-Stuff gouger. It is then shaped on a Reeds-n-Stuff shaping machine using their Joshua 2+ shape. The shape is on the narrow side and makes well balanced reeds. Rigotti cane is on the hard side, so you may need to scrape more if you're used to using a softer cane for your reeds. I recommend soaking the cane for 30-45minutes before tying and tying your reed between 73-74mm in length.
